I’ve been a writer / chronicler / journalist ever since I learned how to hold a pen. The passion started with a padlocked diary, was honed through various school papers, and is being professionally packaged and practiced these days for broadcast on TV.
But I believe the most interesting stories, the ones that matter not just to the mind, but to the heart, are the ones that happen when the pen stops scrolling, when the writer stops analyzing, and definitely when the camera stops rolling.
The best conversations and realizations are the ones that come when the writer stops to breathe. To listen. To live.
